Get to know our attorney of the month: Adam Edgecombe!

Adam Edgecombe is a partner at Cobb Gonzalez, PA, focusing on construction matters, real estate disputes, and general commercial and business litigation. Adam also handles a sizeable number of transactional matters for his clients, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of all types and commercial leases. A longtime Jacksonville resident, Adam grew up in the San Jose neighborhood and graduated from The Bolles School. He holds degrees from The University of Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law. Adam serves on several local boards, including the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. In his free time, Adam and his family enjoy watching Gators sports, attending live music events downtown, going to the beach, relaxing by the pool, and riding bikes in their Miramar/San Marco neighborhood.

We're pleased to announce that Amanda J. Podlucky has joined Cobb & Gonzalez as a Partner and leader of the firm’s General Liability practice group. Amanda will be in the firm’s Orlando office, where she will continue to specialize in general liability, premises liability, and automobile negligence matters. In premises litigation, Amanda aggressively defends businesses in the hospitality industry, including hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. She also frequently represents national and local retailers, recreational facilities, multi-family housing properties, and third-party management and custodial companies against personal injury, negligent security, and related general liability claims. Additionally, Amanda defends commercial and individual clients in automobile negligence matters involving both bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Welcome, Amanda! 

Brittany is a seasoned litigation attorney specializing in construction law and business litigation. Before joining Cobb & Gonzalez, Brittany resolved a diverse range of disputes including probate, landlord/tenant, commercial, foreclosure, consumer, construction, and general litigation.
