Get to know Ariel Spires through her feature in Attorney at Law Magazine's Women in Law issue! Ariel has been a fantastic addition to the firm since her arrival in the summer of 2022. Her areas of practice include business litigation, community association law, construction law and real estate litigation. We look forward to witnessing Ariel's many future accomplishments. 

In this full-time role, the Specialist will handle front office relationships and client first impressions. The Specialist will also assist the Accounting Director with vendor relations, accounts receivable and payable. Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge are required; past accounting knowledge and experience are beneficial. Overall, eagerness to learn and a great attitude are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Meet and greet clients

- Prepare meeting facilities

- Track office supplies and inventory

- Screen and transfer calls

- Direct mail flow

- Administrative Accounting assistance

Qualifications

While past accounting experience is beneficial, eagerness to learn and great attitude are paramount.
